“The room was really nice and cozy, yet not that clean.(dusty and garbage from previous guests under the bed). The location is good. It is really near the train station and it has good restaurants and cafes around. From the beach and the old town its a 10-15min walk. Staff not that welcoming and never in the reception for assistance. However in general the property is a good option its just needs some more care.”

“A++ location. Perfect spot to walk into the main hub of Nice (shops, restaurants, beach) - all of that is within a five minute walk from this apartment. This is a third floor apartment so expect steps or the tiny elevator. And you are in the hustle and bustle of things so it’s not exactly a quiet place to rest. It’s not outrageously loud, we slept just fine. Just be aware you’ll hear some of the commotion of town down below. The condenser for this apartment is on the balcony, which is common……
