I would only say that you need to coordinate the check in 24 hs before arrival, because if you arrive after 4pm there will be no one at the reception and you need physical keys to enter into the property."

On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff."
