“Condo was as advertised. Easy to access, great location, beautiful view off back porch, quiet and clean. There was a couple of slight mis cues by the (only 1 trash bag and only 1 roll of TP). Its funny because that has happened before with us at a VRBO rental. Seems all owners are chincy with TP and trash bags, go figure. Would go back to this condo for sure”

“We had a wonderful time. Very short walk to the beach. The location can not be beat. Cute cottages. We stayed in one and a friend stayed in another. The kiddos were safely running between. They are very nice old cottages. Cant beat the location. Capt. AL always responded. Thank you! We had a great time.”

“What an awesome spot to stay! We were there for 5 wonderful nights! The lodging is exactly as described - no hidden gotchas. The beach is across the street and you’re in the sand within 2 mins or less. There are chairs and an umbrella that you can take or you can rent a spot on the beach which is what we did personally with the big individual canopy for 2 with loungers. There is a market within walking distance or Uber will deliver groceries. Salty’s is right next door to the property and has……

“The old Florida cottage was old Florida. It was clean with history and very friendly property management. I grew up in this area and this is what vacation was before all the resorts cluttered the beach. I mis booked our cottage and the manager met me and fixed it without argument. Close to the beach and far enough from south beach that you had some peaceful time off. Would definitely go back and have already recommended to several friends and family.”

“Gulf views from the balcony were spectacular. Breakfast buffet was just continental breakfast. No proteins and all cold foods other than toast. Overall a great property. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to be at the beach. ”
