The staff was very accommodating to our needs when we found out there was an issue with our reservations before we even left for our trip. Upon arrival the staff was very helpful and accommodating assuring everyone was taken care of. Thank you so much!! You truly were a lifesaver.

Good location for travel to park, and staff was friendly…but “newly” renovated” is a stretch…plumbing fixtures were loose and wobbly, tv not work. It was spring break, so maybe that is why it was noisy-turning on the fan helped block out noise.

Not too shabby

You could really tell that this was an older motel. The rooms were clean. It seems like this motel was being used as a long term stay. A lit of out of town service type folks staying here. I dont know if some of the foom cleaning personnel lived in motel but they seemed a bit on the creepy side. Overall the hotel was ok and served its purpose. A clean place to sleep while we did a mini vacay.

Expedia description was way off or outdated. They no longer have a pool or in house continental breakfast. We were told that we'd have to go to a different hotel for the breakfast with one of their coupons. Rooms smelled, and the TV didn't work half the time. But, it's a bed and the staff was friendly and prompt with questiuons.

Front desk service was great, very friendly and helpful. The communal area was dirty, there was a group of men doing a barbecue, very noisy the smoke was going to my room , the didn’t care , they were using profane language, very loud, after they finished that area was nasty beer thrown everywhere rest of their food, very bad impression for the hotel. My room was comfortable and clean, but the key didn’t seem to work, I had to call front desk for help every time that I need to open the door

Maybe not

It was a place to spend the night. The room seemed clean in general and did not smell bad. But the sheets on the bed were very wrinkled liked maybe someone else had slept on them. When I got out of the shower and grabbed a towel from the what was supposed to be clean towels - it was extremely dirty and still damp from the last person. Glad I only paid for one night.

I didn't like that Expedia showed me one rate to stay at the hotel and then calculated the rate using my Key Cash rewards. I looked again today and the hotel was $20 lower mid-day I booked at 5pm and they acted like it was full price $101 and used my $30 of key cash to get it down near the advertised price. They also advertised breakfast and we chose it for that reason but when we got there they said it was closed for remodeling and no breakfast. That was a terrible disappointment. I couldn't get a customer service representative to refund the unauthorized use of ?Key Cash back to my account. He did give me a Key Cash amount for the non existent breakfast once he called to confirm it wasn't available. There was a hair on the sheet and some dirt so I asked for a replacement which took some time to get the front desk guy eventually brought me one to change it myself. All the linens were super cheap. the room was decent it had recently been remodeled. Don't trust Expedia now. Show one price and charge you another.

Housekeeping do a very good job maintaining room. Front office staff is friendly. Beds are comfortable and AC worked well. The refrigerator needs to be replaced, it wasn’t that cool. Just be aware that this is a busy motel. Lots of commotion at night and during the day.
