“The Gwynne House, with its history of writers inspired to create there, was just magical. It's difficult traveling with nine people, but the Gwynne House was just perfect as our Tenby home base. Stunning architecture and spectacular harbor views, large gathering area and dining room for group meals and activities, but also plenty of rooms to retire to for some solo time. We stayed one week and were heartbroken to leave. Property manager was very communicative and helpful, too. We'll be thinking……

“The communication at check-in was excellent. The house is on a secluded space set back from the road. It is quite small but fine for a single traveller or couple. The bedroom is a very good size with a decent shower room en-suite. It is warm and the kitchen is well equipped in the main. I notice a number of people have said the bed was comfortable but I would say if you have neck or back issues it may not be ideal. There were a couple of other issues with a damaged blind in the bedroom and a……

“The photos in the listing undersell the house. Its huge with a big garden and massive driveway. There's loads of room inside with classic decor and a mini barLucia is a great host and very responsive.”

“It was a lovely modern property with nice beds and great kitchen. The seating area outside was great. Very central location. Parking is a bit of a pain as the nearby car parks are very expensive (£17/24hr v Swansea which are £5/24hr). No nearby free street parking. Mumbles is a very busy place. If you’re a light sleeper I’d advise earplugs as we found it quite noisy. Excellent communication from host and all in all a great place to stay whilst visiting the area ”
