“The home was quaint, bright, modern, with up to date appiances. It was very clean. I gave it 4 stars on cleanliness only because there's a strong smoke odor throughout that was attempted to be masked by air freshener. Fortunately, we spent very little time in it due to family activities in the area. If I come back, I probably won't stay here again. Host was appropriately communicative.”

“We had a wonderful stay! I was visiting friends and family in the area with my son, and this property was the perfect home base. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was easy. We appreciated having everything we needed to relax after busy days. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Carmichael. ”

“Pool was amazing.”

“As far as the stay goes, while we were extremely grateful that this home was available to us since our other rental property canceled one week before my sister’s wedding, this house was less than ideal. We had to clean the microwave, the oven, and rewash dishes. The towel rack in the main bathroom, fell off the wall the moment someone brushed up against it. “Thank you for everything! Your place was lovely and wonderful I appreciate the hospitality. In the next time I come to Sacramento I definitely will stay again. Thank you”

“We had no hand soap, fresh stains on pillow case, walls and baseboards are dirty, neighborhood is nice. We felt safe.”

“I felt comfortable making meals myself after busy days out exploring.”

“Great room! The tv is great. The air is great!”

“Very clean and comfortable! ”

“The house was beautiful with more than enough space. The host was very responsive when it came to messaging back n fourth. It was easy to check in and out. Can’t wait to book again for the next get together. The backyard was everything and more. Pool very nice. Next time I’m bringing my dogs so they can have fun in the yard. Notes everywhere to explain how to operate things in the house. See you all again soon!!!”

“We often do overnight stays in Sacramento and rent a VRBO property. This home was by far the best! It was perfect in every way and everything was so easy. I haven't slept as peacefully in years - there was absolutely not a sound at night and the dark full-length curtains blocked any light. The a/c was perfect. It just seemed like the whole experience was perfection!”

“The shower only lasted 5 minutes be for getting cold. I told the management 2 days in and it didnt get fixed. I’m glad Im home so I can take a real shower. Would not stay there again. ”

“My stay was great, the house had charm and location was prime. Thanks for opening your home to travelers.”
