“The cottage was adorable, well equipped and in a beautiful rural setting. The host was wonderfully helpful and friendly.”

“Great location with lovely views. Great 2 nights away and hot tub was amazing!”

“Lovely little cottage, perfect base for exploring. Great way to end the day in the hot tub! ”

“Lovely place to stay with kids and dog. Beautiful view from the front door and a dog walking/kids play area right opposite which was very handy. Loads to do in the local area especially if you like walking and nature. Perfect to come back to the hot tub after a long walk! The Stables had everything we needed - all kitchen equipment, dishwasher, washing machine, cleaning products, tv in each room, towels, dressing gowns and slippers for the hot tub. Everything was clean and comfortable. We……

“resurface the access road up to edderton hall and bungalow with gravel which is not as expensive as tarmac, existing surface very rutted this is why I gave only 4 stars out of 5 which is a shame as every thing else was worth 5star rating.”

“We enjoyed a relaxed 3 nights here for my 40th birthday and would definitely return. The house is very spacious, it will easily accommodate the 6 people and there is ample parking. The village itself is quiet, there are lots of places to walk nearby plus a short drive takes you to the beautiful Lake Vyrnwy and surrounding forests or a longer drive (an hour and a half ish) takes you to Snowdon. For anyone used……

“Excellent overall. Well equipped and plenty of space so you can get into a corner if you want, or need, to. Enjoyed our twins 40th birthday which gave us the ability to have 8 adults and 6 children aged from just over 1 to nearly 9 yrs old. Good memories !!”

“Absolutely horrible !!! Staff were horrible and the owner was cursing at me and never got the keys to my cabin even after it being paid and money taken out my account !! Waited for 5 hours just to be told “there has been a double booking” and not even getting a refund or any other cabin !!!! Unprofessional service and behaviour from the owner and the staff ! So disappointed with this company!!!”

“Beautifully restored rustic charming house. Felt at home from stepping through the door.”
