“Das Zimmer war sauber und konfortabel. Es fehlte jedoch ein kühlschrank was für ein executive Zimmer negativ ist. Das Personal war genetell freundlich. Nur in der Bar ear der Service eher miserabel. Das Frühstück war zum vergessen. Den Pool konnte ich nicht benutzen.”

“Really clean, modern room, comfortable beds and decent shower. Plenty of storage for a couple of nights. Lady on reception was really friendly and helpful. Room could benefit from a hair dryer and tea & coffee making facilities but appreciate its basic. Handy location near to plenty of restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“The walled garden was lovely in the sunny autumn weather. My Room 234 was special.
Noticed a small cutback in the menu options since my last visit.
eg No chowder.
But I will be back asap. I love Ballymscanlon”

“This is a great place to stay with a pub close by owned by the same family. The lodges are beautifully designed and well furnished. The main bedroom is very spacious with a generously sized bed; the bed settee was also used during our stay and made for a very comfortable night’s sleep. The host was very welcoming and friendly and we enjoyed visiting the pub whilst we were there. It’s an easy drive to either Newry (where we were visiting family) or Carlingford and the Greenway. I’d definitely……

“Rooms are quite large, but showing their age.
Bathroom was grubby. Floors were dirty with grime in all the corners. Carpet was well worn, definitely recommend slippers!
Elevator was down and had apparently been out of service for quite some time although that information was not shared at booking.”

“Innisfree House is amazing. It is over a century old Edwardian townhouse owned by Robert DeNiro’s doppelgänger. He is an excellent host a pours a fabulous shot of TyrConnell whiskey and is a great conversationalist and family man.
Our room was opulent and cozy.
Breakfast was served in the dining room every morning with a variety of choices from the menu. This was included with the room.
There is a coffee shop and market directly across the street.
