“The check-in Staff were very rude - name was Phoebe - was like she didn't want to work that day. Also had to push to get a room after 15:00 and believe we were given a lower-grade room because was not ready or because of her attitude. Room was not ready until 15:40 and was dirty - biscuit crumbs over the table and book. The hotel is beautiful but staff and first impressions everything - I would stay at the hotel nearby and just have a drink at Titanic Hotel in the future. I reached out to the……

“在最後一天晚上，隔離兩個房間很嘈吵，引至不能入睡。 其他大至上都很好”

“Haslem Hotel was very helpful leading up to my trip - responsive to calls and emails. The night of check in, they were there when I arrived late (around 10p) and we're extremely kind. The apartment i rented was EXTREMELY spacious. The downside for me was the cleanliness was not the level I expected from reviews. The bathroom had lost of lime buildup and mildew on the shower, there was a bloodstain on my pillow and dried up ... hot chocolate? I hope? on the rug by the bed, and when I noticed a……

“Spacious ,clean .Relaxed style of accomodation and location. No fancy or long check in and check out procedures .Simplicity at its best with the style to match”

“Well communicated contactless check in, beautiful property and rooms, cute little town, and the breakfast was good! Coffee was great, Charlie makes a great flat white! Parking can be a little bit of a nuisance, and like many historical properties no elevator so if you need help with your luggage plan ahead as the property is not always staffed. Lovely. Also Forrest Park is not to far down the road if you would like a lovely walk around the lake. the Parson's Nose is quite good as a dinner option……

“I have never been received so warmly at any hotel in my entire life of travels. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who checked us in. She was so helpful and went out of her way to receive us. She literally followed me out to the car to take our luggage in, she stored it until our room was ready and when we returned everything was in our room. She helped us pull our car out of the parking lot, went out side and waved us on. She helped us find a tour driver, who was equally……

“早歺食品種類少，供應之食物：麵包唔新鮮，煙火腿有異味，可能已經變壞，要求跟進未有改善，下次可能再考慮入住，原因是晚歺餐廳職員專業，食物質素高，交通方便”

“Clean well appointed room. Staff were very helpful. No food available in the evening hours unfortunately, not even a sandwich, so be warned”

“The controls for the HVAC would not allow me to turn on the air con and I was hot sleeping every night.”

“No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. ”

“Good location, friendly and efficient service, rich breakfast”
