“Viaje con un.acompañante y tuvimos una cancelación arbitraria de una de las reservas, este tipo de situación es entendible pero la actitud del recepcionista Victor fue nefasta, no recibimos ningún tipo de ayuda, ni disculpa, ni nada sencillamente el Hotel cancelo la reserva y eso fue todo. Sin embargo únicamente recibimos ayuda por parte del botones Miller, creo que el y la comida es lo único a destacar del hotel. No lo recomiendo para próximas estadías!!!”
