I stayed at the Movenpick in Casablanca as part of a recent trip to the area. Overall, service was good, with plenty of choice of food in the main restaurant. Service at Le 16ème was slow - it was not obvious that the ordering functionality of the QR code given for the menu did not work, which led to a delay in getting food. My room had no working air conditioning and, despite asking front desk to investigate, nobody did during my stay. The room was, therefore, very warm. The room felt a little dated, and had some damage, but the bed was comfortable. I emailed ahead of time to ask for the front desk to arrange a transfer from the airport, but did not receive a response; at check-out, staff were helpful in being able to arrange a taxi and to escrow payment. Overall, the Movenpick was a comfortable stay, but I would look for alternative options in future should I return to Casablanca.
