"It's a great place to stay, a restaurant I strongly suggest visiting. The only one problem is parking, but it's mostly because the whole city is a castle, so you need to circle around to understand where parking is"

"The room was freezing, there was no phone in the room to contact reception and the night receptionist did not know a word of English.
