“L'hôtel est superbe et la chambre très joliment décorée, spacieuse et propre. Le personnel est très accueillant et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner était varié, pas mal de choix sucré salé et très frais. Le pain et les viennoiseries étaient vraiment très bon ! Si je devais redire quelque chose, peut-être le manque d'œufs... L'hôtel est très bien situé en centre ville.”

It was wonderfully clean and warm. We will visit again. Also, it was within walking distance to the Goya Museum and the downtown core. ”

“Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next.……

“Tout était très bien, sauf bug à l'arrivée ( tardive) où la boite à clef n'a pas fonctionné, incident réglé en demi-heure.”

“We visited for a weekend from the UK to attend a wedding in the area. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we arrived to find that our two twin rooms and had been changed to a family suite, which was perfect for our needs. Lovely breakfast and everything spotlessly clean. Air con was much appreciated during a very hot weekend. The only disappointment was that the pool was dirty and poorly maintained - I wasn’t even sure if it was open, the condition was so poor, with murky cloudy……
