Nice 2 bedroom villa, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with hairdryer + guest toilet, maq. washing dishes, dishwasher. washing machine, microwave, 4 ring hob, electric oven, toaster, satellite TV, radio, hand blender, ironing board and iron, air conditioning units in the living room and main bathroom,
Free WI-FI. (Internet free)
Small patio with barbecue outside with table and benches, to enjoy your grills calmly in the shade of a lemon tree.
Comfortable, bright, with 2 balconies one in each room, one facing east and the other facing west, ground floor and 1st floor, cozy with air conditioning in both bedrooms, living room and main bathroom.
Quiet area, with plenty of place to park your car, right in front of the house.
I will always be available to provide you with any clarifications you deem necessary.

beach stay at Praia Lota

We stayed for a month from end Jan to end feb. The weather was amazing.The people very friendly, The apartment had everything we needed and more. We will be coming back to Lota but next time for a longer stay

Très bon sejour

Avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La maison était très agréable et bien placée. Proche de la plage et des commerces. L'accueil de l'agence excellent . La maison est très bien équipée pour un séjour long . Nous reviendrons certainement. Juste un petit reproche au niveau du matelas de la chambre parentale , les ressorts se sentaient un peu. Mais dans l'ensemble nous sommes très satisfaits et en plus nous avons eu un temps magnifique.

Ruhige Wohnlage

Strandnahes Wohnviertel, in der Nachsaison sehr ruhig, Ortsmitte mit Geschäften 10min entfernt. Älteres Reihenhaus, aber mit allem, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Mit Geschirrspüler war es sehr entspannt.Wir waren sehr zufrieden, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut.
