The room is very nice and spacious. Comfortable bed and very good bathroom facilities. We didn't have the breakfast option so can't comment on that but the host is very considerate so it would probably be good It was lovely to stay in a traditional Sicilian house. 50 steps to the front door so if you aren't physically fit, this might not be for you. Close to the bus station and the train station. Can't comment on parking.

Zentrale und gute Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, ein Parkplatz ist in Gehweite (ca.5 Min zu Fuss, mit dem Auto ca 15 Min 😄) öffentlich vorhanden. Der Parkplatz kostet für 2 Nächte 25 Euro. Die Unterkunft liegt im 2.Stock ohne Lift. Der Vermieter Carmelo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Fine room very close to the city center. Perfect for a couple of days exploring the city, however difficult to find parking close by.

God oplevelse i Catania

Vi havde en enkelt overnatning på Amenano, da vi skulle flyve hjem fra Catania. Det fungerede super godt. Det er et lille B&B på 2. sal (uden elevator). Værelset var fint og havde en hems med en ekstra soveplads, som vi dog ikke brugte. Det ligger meget centralt og med parkeringsmulighed i nærheden. Morgenmad indtages på nærliggende café. Endelig var værten meget venlig.

About 50 steps to get up to the room, which we didnt know. With heavy suitcases, it would have been nice to know this ahead of time. AC and lights are controlled by a key and when you leave the room, the AC turns off. Takes about 30 minutes to cool off again. Only one small mirror in entire room and towels were very rough. Breakfast is not inside the building of the B&B, you have to walk down the street to a cafe. There is an electrical shortage on the unit outside on the balcony, so we couldn't go out there. Very disappointed and would not refer anyone here.

O quarto e a localização excelente, porém local de difícil acesso para carro. O prédio não possue elevador e a escada é bem longa (52 degraus), o que dificulta para levar as bagagens. O local não serve o café da manhã. Você recebe um voucher para tomar em local próximo um café da manha péssimo.

Ottimo B&B, posizionato a 30 metri dall’area pedonale di Catania. Il gestore è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. La camera era molto spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto. Ottima posizione

Bella camera, il bagno un po’ piccolo. Tutto pulitissimo. Proprietario molto cortese. Unico neo le tante scale per arrivare in appartamento con quattro valigie. Posizione ottima, si riesce a girare il centro a piedi senza dover usare l’auto.

Stupendo soggiorno

Il proprietario del b&b, Carmelo, saprà farvi innamorare di Catania e dintorni. Eccellente padrone di casa, è molto disponibile e pronto ad accontentare i bisogni dei propri ospiti. Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite, una camera con ampio bagno e soppalco con due letti singoli, oltre al letto matrimoniale al piano. Pulizie giornaliere e accurate. Si può posteggiare in una piazza con posteggio a pagamento, a prezzo contenuto. Dista solo 10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura, che si trova nel cuore di Catania. Splendida esperienza!
