The 90sqm apartment, on the 3rd floor of an elevator building, with air conditioners in every room, is located in a quiet street with free parking. It consists of a living room with a comfortable and elegant Italian sofa bed and a 50' smart TV. The Sicilian-style kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave, kettle and high chair. The master bedroom, with en suite bathroom, is equipped with a large double bed and smart TV; the triple consists of a double bed, a single bed and a smart TV.
