“I was really looking forward to staying at Winery Hotel 1870, but sadly, I couldn’t make it because a close family member passed away unexpectedly just before my trip. It was a heartbreaking and chaotic time for my family, and I reached out to the hotel a bit later than planned to explain the situation. While I completely understand that cancellation policies exist, I was hoping for a little understanding or flexibility given the circumstances — even a small gesture such as a partial refund,……

“Everything was perfect, the view, the room… As someone mentioned jet tubs are hidden from street view but still they are not very private because tubs are next to each other. Entrance and the flowers are beautiful! Al in Al we would come again Thank you!”

“Lava Suites is a wonderful experience right on the Caldera with beautiful views right outside the door. Within a minute we were in the heart of shops and restaurants. Sophia at the desk was terrific, patient and very helpful in guiding us in making the most of our short time on the island. We loved walking the Caldera, eating street gyros in town and frozen yogurt. Would have passed up the latter had I not been given a sample and it was amazing! The cave room was fun. Our room was somewhat run……

“the location is perfect , without walking distances to many great restaurants. The property does not have parking but parking lots are quite close by . Property is new and nicely decorated . The room has an outdoor hot tub which is very nice . The only shortcoming is it does not have a view but this is not an issue for us . ”

“Reception boy is very nice and helpful, the room is clean and tidy, a beautiful outdoor bath tub and a large area balcony, breakfast included, many cats around make the breakfast time interesting. Hotel is near the town centre, about 10 min, and also close to public bus station, a supermarket is in 10 min on foot. Hotel balcony can see the sea, and it is windy in balcony, very comfortable. In all, great stay in FIRA”

“This villa was the perfect accommodation for our group of 5. It was in the perfect location near the main street that was easy to get to but still felt secluded enough. The villa is spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. 1 Bedroom and full bath on the first floor was convenient for my husband who unexpectedly got injured before our trip. The other two bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with a full bath on that level too. Everything in the pictures is exactly as it looks, even bigger!……
