Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Venedig

Das Hotel stuft sich selbst als "Herberge" ein. Für diesen Anspruch ist es überdurchschnittlich gut. Der Wirt kocht excellente Fischgerichte. Die Teilnahme am Abendessen ist unbedingt empfehlenswert, muss aber spätestens am Morgen angemeldet werden.

Nettes Hotel in ländlicher Umgebung

Wir hatten ein sehr nettes,großes, ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon im ersten Stock mit Blick in die freie Natur. Die Betten waren wunderbar und alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig.Das Service sehr gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Unreliable!

I booked my room in advance and they sent me a confirmation! At the day of arrival they informed me with an email that the hotel is closed and my reservation is cancelled. Unfortunately I got the email in the evening when I arrived at the hotel. So I was there in the middle of nothing without a hotel or any place for the night!

Cena o 10 euro vyšší než sliboval Hotels.com - cena měla být 130 EUR, byla 140 EUR. Wi-Fi funkční velmi proměnlivě. Jinak spokojenost, vstřícný personál a pan majitel.

It's a very nice little place. It's got an authentic feel to it and the owners and staff were very helpful. You feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, but the beach is less than a 10 min walk away. The only thing that was not so good was the lack of ac, the room was very hot.

Conveniently located "homestay"- type hotel

Family run somewhat dated small hotel with very clean rooms conveniently located: Lido Di Marina beach and Punta Sabbioni both within minutes by bicycles provided by the hotel. Exellent homemade dinner, but be aware you need to order in advance. This is a "farmstay" type hotel with chickens greeting you on the doorstep and dogs and cats roaming around in the kitchen and dining room.

Tolles Hotel für Ausflüge nach Venedig.

Tolles Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Venedig bzw. an den Strand - Schiffstation nach ca. 15. Gehminuten erreichbar - Strand ca. 15 Min. - breit und sauber. Sehr ruhig inmitten von Gemüseplantagen. Zweckmässig Zimmer mit Dusche und WC, Mittag und Abendessen auf Vorbestellung möglich, meiner Meinung ein preisgünstiges Hotel mit Charme.

Sehr ruhig und abgelegen

und daher wirklich ideal geeignet für einen Trip nach Venedig. Familiär geführtes kleines Hotel mit wenigen Zimmern. Service aber gut, sehr freundlicher Empfang und alles sehr sauber. Da kommt man gerne wieder! Frühstück reichlich, insbesondere der Cappuccino!

Sympathsches Gasthaus, wo der Chef noch selber kocht, und zwar prima. Preisgünstig. Umgebung mit einer Gemüseplantage, wo immer frisches Gemüse und Früchte zu haben sind Einziger Schwachpunkt: das Bett war hart und die Decken schwer

Great stay!

We had an excellent stay there. The owners were friendly, positive people, and the site is simple, unpretentious, and close to the ferries to all the Venice islands, yet removed from their bustle, and tucked into surrounding farm lands on Lido. It is close to the swimmable beaches for summer goers, and the prices for their home cooked 3 course menu's, with wine and prosecco were excellent, and the quality was sublime. The owner, always present speaks fluent English and German. It was a fantastic and quaint, and real Italian experience and when I am next in the area, or have friends going, I will surely re-visit and recommend the place, as their business deserves it's kudos.

Albergo accogliente in un'ottima posizione

Camera piccola ma confortevole con armadi spaziosi, bagno nuovo,pulito e funzionale,unica pecca la porta scorrevole del bagno si blocca. La colazione è servita in una graziosa saletta con un buffet essenziale e caffetteria servita al tavolo tutto molto buono. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili ci hanno permesso di tenere la macchina nel loro parcheggio anche dopo il check out. A pochi passi dalla locanda si trova una spiaggia bellissima. Ci tornerò di certo,ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Хороший недорогой отель

Проживали в отеле в августе 2015 года. Из достоинств: Просто доехать из аэропорта на недорогих автобусах, правда с пересадкой. Близко пристань, откуда ходят дешёвые теплоходы до Венеции. Отличный оборудованный пляж в пешеходной доступности, а с учётом предоставления отелем бесплатных велосипедов, ехать- 3 минуты. Несколько супермаркетов вблизи. Номера просторные, мебель почти новая, все функционирует. Недорогие и вкусные ужины из 3-ех блюд за 10 евро. Из недостатков: нет балконов, нет холодильника, нет нормальных каналов на ТВ, никто не говорит по русски, местные поют песни в ресторане отеля до 3 ночи (в выходные), а с 5 утра начинают петь деревенские петухи, нет кондиционера, но есть потолочный вентилятор. В общем- понравилось, т.к. взяли отель со скидкой.

die Anlage und Zimmer sind sehr sauber Mittagessen und-/oder Abendessen sehr gut und günstig, man muss zum Essen nicht Außer Haus Frühstück könnte Abwechslungsreicher sein. Leider war die Klimaanlage nicht funktionstüchtig und das bei 35 Grad
