"what a hidden gem! We stayed here for two nights before joining the rest of our group at a large condo on seven Mile Beach. We were absolutely pleasantly surprised at how amazing this property is. The staff is outstanding, the grounds are beautiful, the free breakfast is lovely, and the rooms are spacious, clean, updated, and well designed. The Beach at the property has been replenished and so there was plenty of room on the beach for the guests who wanted a chair. The shuttle was free to come in Bay or the public beach, but they were flexible and took care of us by dropping us off and other destinations long way. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be coming back next year for our pre-vacation before our friends arrive!"

"I booked this hotel because it is a VIP property. However, there is no desk or staff to talk to. Therefore, there is no way to request an early check-in (other than paying for it upon online check-in), no way to request a room upgrade, or no way to request a late checkout. As a Gold member, these are basic services I should be able to request. This property should not be a VIP and I will not be returning there."

"Pleasant, small resort but rather isolated. Friendly staff. Wanted to snorkel but no life jacket available. Im not a diver! Walk in shower in room 102 had very slippery floor! Put down towel so i wouldnt fall!!!! Restaurant was pricey. Food was fair for prices."

"Housekeeping is only provided once every 6 nights. They do not replace coffee pods in the room. We asked for a different room and the front desk informed us that they were fully booked despite the fact that the hotel was nearly empty. Seaweed was a daily issue on the beach. Prices were very high for food and drink however the food at the hotel restaurant was very good. The hotel rooms were outdated. Pools were very small. I would not stay there again."

"Third time staying here and it gets better every time! They recently renovated and the new rooms are really nice! With two little kids, it was nice to have a little kitchen to store and reheat as needed. We arrived 2 hours early and they accommodated us quickly which was very helpful with little kids! The short walk the Westing and having all the restaurants right by us were a huge plus! We can’t wait to go back! "
