Everything was clean, everything worked fine, bed was comfortable, you could see the gulf and part of swimming pool from balcony. It was very close to everything in Cedar Key (walking distance) and the office people were very nice. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone. Now for the very minor things we noticed. The ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom should be replaced, we tried to use them but there was no way to turn on the bedroom one and the living room one made some funny noises. This was not a problem as we just used the air conditioning when necessary. An observation, there were too many chairs in the dining/living area, a coffee pod machine would have been better in my opinion but that is just my preference. A toaster (regular) instead of the toaster oven, again my preference. Not a lot of insulation in the ceiling and the noises from upstairs transmitted down to us. This condo was an ideal home base for us. It was walking distance to all of the local shops and restaurants. It was very clean, safe and comfortable.
