Villa Natalia

Villa Natalia is located inside "Baia dei 7 Emiri" residence, in the beautiful "Mazzaforno" district and featuring private access to a stunning sandy beach.

Villa Natalia offers large and comfortable outdoor spaces: a big garden, covered patio with a relaxing zone and an open dining area furnished with table, chairs and barbecue.
Inside, the villa is split among three levels:
-Ground floor: large and bright living room, sicilian styled kitchen and bathroom with shower.
-First floor: double bedroom with bathroom
-Basement floor: double bedroom with bathroom and shower ensuite, two triple bedrooms (double bed + single bed each) and a bathroom with tub and washing room.

The residence also offers free access to two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children), open from July 1st until September 15th.

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE (TO BE PAID ON SITE)
-FINAL CLEANING (MANDATORY): 200 EURO
-LINEN AND TOWELS (MANDATORY): 10 EURO/PERSON

Comfortable stay near Cefalu
Staff were responsive, the shared pool and vicinity to the sea were amazing, and the air conditioning was especially useful. The room upstairs wasn't as cold as the others, but the windows helped. The outdoor space was also great - couches and table fit us all! Clean and comfortable, we were 6 people. I would most definitely recommend!

Great Stay just outside Cefalu
Property was great, clean, comfortable. Great air conditioning as it was really hot. Shared pool was really good, but did close during the day. Probably not enough information available about the local beaches as there are loads. Cefalu is beautiful with great food and friendly, but extremely busy. Driving in Sicily is definetly a challenge. Would highly recommend

Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Objekt sehr schön. Jedoch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht so ganz. Die Zimmer und Bäder im Kellergeschoß der "Villa" verfügen über keine richtigen Fenster sondern nur kleine Öffnungen. Die Wohnung war zwar sehr sauber jedoch nicht das Geschirr und die Töpfe in den Küchenschränken. Auch die Kaffeemaschine war dreckig. Ansonsten schöne Lage.

Séjour chaud et très agréable Nous avons pu profiter de la plage et de Cefalù et d’une demeure très plaisante en famille . Il manque toutefois un petit peu de matériel d’usage quotidien.

Highly recommended
We spent 10 days at Villa Natalia as a party of 10. The property itself is very comfortable and well appointed, and the surrounding facilities including pool and beach are a bonus. Cefalu only 15 mins away by car on a good run, water park and the beach at Salinelle is close by and worth a visit or two. The service company were very responsive when we needed them and made everything easy. Highly recommended and good value.

ein wunderbarer Ort um zu entspannen
Diesen Garten und die Terrasse werden Sie lieben. Außengrill und ein ausreichend großer Essplatz draussen für alle Bewohner sind klasse. Die Gartendusche sorgt für Abkühlung. Die Hängematte ist garanitiert immer belegt. Die Küche läßt keine Wünsche offen. Der Strand ist im Juni einsam und wunderbar. Sergio ist immer erreichbar, super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!
