"dirty, many cooking stuff not clean, dishwasher enable to do a complete cycle, air conditionning able to cool from 3 or 4 in the morning when cool enough outside, dogs barking all night, one night and day, swimming pool not as the picture as surounding has been redone with wood and give a strong sens of poor DIY results."

"Nice home but very quiet definitely need A car to go shopping,eating and exploring. The pool is very small with no seating area Or shade which is a shame we only used it once during our 2 week holiday. We spent our time on the private beach which is beautiful, €28 a day for the four of us. We hired a car to explore the island, Cefalu is beautiful. No WiFi, no restaurant, no shops, no bar with in walking distance"

While the surrounding neighborhood was not the cleanest, we could see the pride Claudio and his father, Carmelo take in keeping their property tidy and inviting. It definitely gives the feeling of being in your own private villa, though it has multiple buildings that are rented as B&B. "We truly enjoyed our time at Villa Agape. Cristian, the property manager was so helpful and gracious. This space was perfect for our family of 4 and is set away from the down with beautiful views of the coast. Once we got used to the parking (narrow cars recommended or park down the hill) all was good. The house was clean and lovely. The pool was cool and refreshing and my 12 year old loved that you could see into the master bedroom from the pool. Very Cool. I highly recoomend this location...

It was a great base for hiking in the Madonie mountains. The property information online seemed to suggest we were renting the whole house rather than just the ground floor. "Wunderschöne Villa mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Mega Garten mit tollen Pool. Lage ist etwas abgelegen, und man hört die nahe Straße…. Und mit dem Kinderwagen war es etwas schwieriger die stillgelegte Bahnlinie zu kreuzen😂"

"Checkin was a little difficult but once we got there it was incredible! It's a little far from wverytbjnf but it wasn't a problem as we had a car. It's a little hot despite having one AC upstairs. The major con to this place is directly over the fence there is a RV park shower/hangout area. Every night for 5 nights they are very loud until 3/4 am."
