Sooo much to do in this area and the staff is amazing along with the cleanliness of the rooms!..i have never not been met met here with anyone unpleasant..Trai was amazing and VERY informative”

“For the first time EVER, the upstairs neighbors kept me up. I stay here often and have NEVER had this issue. This isn't something the hotel could fix unless I had them change my rooms, which I'm sure they would gladly do. These people are truly customer friendly and try to help if there is ever an issue”

“Room was nasty. Hair on the shower walls and floor. Shower curtain, FILTHY! Floor wasn’t clean. Toothpaste and water splashes on the mirror. Wall had disgusting stains! Tv remote had no batteries so tv wouldn’t come on. We asked staff for another remote and never received assistance! No telephone for service! Someone was screaming all night! I don’t recommend this place for anyone to live.”
