“We were so comfortable staying in this beautiful apartment hotel. The suite was spacious and well appointed. So cool that this is converted palace. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Lovely shower and fluffy towels. The location was really good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Alicante”

“We received a wonderfully warm welcome to the hotel from professional and attentive staff. We were on holiday to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. Our bedroom in the attic was gorgeous with an extra large, divinely comfortable bed, fresh linen and towels, hot drinks facilities, a small fridge, hair dryer and soap/shower gel. “The rooms were clean, but they didn't meet the standards described by the hotel on the Expedia website. They provided all the basics, but there were no slippers in the room, and the shower was broken. The staff wasn't very friendly; it seemed they didn't appreciate me pointing out the hotel's shortcomings, which definitely don't make it a 4-star hotel. The breakfast buffet is embarrassing; they don’t provide tongs for guests to pick up bread or other foods, so I had to use the tongs meant for……

“Wir fanden das Hotel sehr sauber, die Zimmer waren schön und gepflegt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders positiv ist die zentrale Lage – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Möglichkeiten konnten wir bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Auch das Frühstück war vielfältig und wurde stets frisch nachgefüllt.
