It is the perfect location! Just a few minutes from Craig’s Cruiser's, Lake Michigan and the Dunes. We had a blast all weekend. Tons of stuff to do for all ages. Thank you Jon! We will be back :)”

“My husband and I enjoyed a weekend in Grand Haven. The house is perfect location, a quick easy 10 minute walk to downtown shops, restaurants, breweries, Grand Haven State Park and Chinook Pier. We walked everywhere! Loved the upper apartment, it was perfect for the two of us.”

“The house was clean and tidy. We were there to just sleep and not entertain. I would say that for our family preferences, we’d stay in a more quiet area of the city. This part of Grand Rapids while charming is busier than we expected. This is no fault of the host. Her description of the home and what was included was spot on. It is an old house but VERY charming and cozy. Lots of great coffee shops and eateries nearby etc. Good value and stay overall.”

“The property was clean when we checked in. The pictures and ad are accurate. It has all the basic necessities you would need for a comfortable short stay. The location is really close to downtown area and everything else you'd wanna visit and do while in Grand Haven. Only real complain is the single bathroom which can become a problem if more than 2 people stayed in the house. A second bathroom or even half bath would have made this place close to perfect.”

“When you arrive the outside appearance is simple & tidy. Upon entering you find an over the top clean home. The quality of the cleanliness & very new carpet gives the whole place a clean & fresh appearance. Kitchen is adequate with all new appliances. But it is small, especially the frig. I would make sure to have a cooler for the porch to keep drinks in if you are bringing in much food or beverage. Also plan on bringing in ice small counter top ice maker is there but if you use much ice get a……

“This is a very nice well kept property, lots of room for a group of people. The house is very nice and clean. The host event has it stocked with everything but what you would need to eat. The host even had made a cake for us as a welcome to the property. Our stay was in the winter as a ice fishing trip but mother nature wasn't much help in the area this year, but there is lots to do in the area. Everyone in the group was impressed with the property and we have even started talking about the fact……

“If you are going to be in Grand Haven and need a place to stay, this would be the place to stay. Excellent on everything. They supplied us with bikes and even got us an extra bike within the hour of asking. Everyone loved it. The host was very responsive and polite. Loved this place and wished we could have stayed another week. Location was great as well. This goes down as the best VRBO ever.”
