Shampoo/conditioner and shower gel all appeared to be watered down.
It is very convenient to central park, time square, especially only three minutes walking distance to Carnegie Hall. Our room was on the 27th floor and the view was wonderful. Room is clean but a little bit small. The staffs are all nice and helpful and we had a happy time there.

I was surprised that after we had paid what we thought was the bill in advance we had to pay $40 a day extra to the hotel for things that should have been included. Internet service, excerise room etc. The staff was great and our rooms were very nice.
Great staff, helpful, friendly and professional. Great location for walking around to Broadway and Time Square
A perfectly designed hotel room. Plenty of plugs at eye level with corresponding shelves for your devices. Bed was comfortable, temperature control was perfect and the shower was great. Perfect for a business traveler. Found the hallways dark and depressing but I guess that comes with a cheaper price. ...
Fantastic location. Tiny room, but it had everything I needed and the bed was comfortable. No tea/coffee making facilities or bar fridge. Wifi worked well.
