"Excellent room and services and excellent staff. Reception staff Tamara was very accommodative of our needs and she even arrange a car with driver for us for a 12 hour trip starting early morning. The staff at the restaurant and the roof top bar were excellent too and provided us our choice of food that were not in the menu. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Definitely a budget standard room. Towels were awful, thin, not fluffy, grey, worn out, frayed edges. Need renewing desperately. Bugs flying around lamps in restaurant, had to stop staff from spraying insecticide during our dinner. Fridge in room wasn't a fridge but a storage for snacks. Unbelievable as it's blowing warm air inside false fridge. So go figure. Took a while to eventually change faulty safe in room, wasn't screwed down. Ordered a seafood soup dish for dinner but no seafood, only veggies. "
