Stationnement sécurisé avec une barrière avec code. Déjeuner juste à 4 minutes à pied, dans un endroit pittoresques dans la jungle, avec sentier. J’y retournerais absoluement”

“Cleaning staff was great, the space is well thought out for the region and weather. The concierge helped me with navigating travel and booking activities. They set up various activity options and booked them all for me. Bauma staff, services and stay was wonderful. I would stay here again happily.”

“The staff are helpfull and the Room is ok. However the the fridge was not plugged in and they dont supply coffee for the coffee maker. Room was clean with many beds but its not somewhere to relax in.. just go outside. Its close to town but you still need a car.”

“What an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The grounds were stunning and well kept. The views of Arenal were a highlight! And the breakfast was amazing, from the foot, to the service, to the vibe! The gallo pinto was actually our favorite throughout our whole multi-city trip!! “Great things to say about the hotel! Phenomenal shuttle service (10/10), driver Mauricio was punctual/patient. Upon landing he was ready w/ a nice cool van & drink cooler. The 2.5 hr ride was long, but he offered stops for food, restrooms, etc. He was knowledgeable w/ lots of recommendations & my 10 y/o loved that he had WIFI avail. Beautiful hotel w/ cute rooms, friendly/helpful staff & many animals. Lives up to its name, like a peaceful jungle w/ no noise. There’s a big fun farm mins from the……
