Downside: Check in time was stated as 2pm. However, 2 out of the 3 rooms were not ready by 2pm. We received the second room at 2.30pm and the third at 3.30pm.

Where do I start.. this is a 5 star hotel, so a certain level is expected. The bathroom had limescale all over. I asked reception to borrow a plug adapter which I thanked them for and said I would return on my check out. I got phoned and told I must come down and pay in cash for the adapter. I was a bit miffed and said ok, but can you add it to my bill. They said no, you must pay in cash. Put the phone down, continued on my work call (which is why I needed the adapter). Got another call within 2 minutes telling me I must come down and pay. When I went down I showed my frustration at being pulled away from a work zoom and I got some blank looks from the desk who barely spoke a word of English. The tea and coffee station in the room is 2 paper cups and a plastic wrapper with sachets of tea and coffee. This is not a 5 star hotel! And I was definitely advise against paying to stay here. I went to the Reges spa hotel down the road a few weeks before, and this was superb!

hotel has amazing view and facilites meet with 5 star expectations ı satyed here many times during summer season last years but i need to tell unfortunately buffet is not good in winter time . so ıf you want to stay here in winter time dont expect much from kitchen but otel is very good physically.
