This hotel is very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle. It appeared clean but there were maintenance issues - some baseboard sections were laying on the hall floor and our refrigerator was not working at all. Also, we thought that free breakfast was offered but it was sold a la carte (maybe I misread the hotel description).

Had reserved through Expedia but chose pay at the hotel option. The charge on my credit card for two nights was more than $100 more than I expected. Not a word was said to me by the person checking me in. When i went back to inquire, it was explained that was for incidentals? two issues - that is a LARGE hold for incidentals for two days and secondly, the person checking me in just needed to informed me.

Nice, but doesn’t meet the standards of most Hiltons. Room needed some repairs. They ran out of coffee for the rooms. They don’t service the rooms until after 4 days. We had to go to the front desk for toilet paper and Kleenex. Had to wait 40 mins for shuttle from airport even though the hotel is less than 8 minutes away. Staff was very nice and shuttle driver was very nice.
