This is a beautiful, remodeled condo with spectacular views only 1 mile from Folly Beach and 10 miles from Downtown Charleston. Bike lanes in both directions from the condo. Kayak and Paddleboard rentals across the street as well as a seafood market and a seafood restaurant.

The condo is stocked with quality linens/towels, paper supplies, soaps, shampoo, conditioner and detergents including four beach chairs and beverage cooler.

Enjoy the sandy shore of Folly Beach or a day at historic downtown Charleston then relax in the evening with spectacular sunsets views overlooking the Clark Sound marsh and wildlife.

Assigned parking for up to 2 vehicles; guests must use their assigned parking spaces.
This property is up 4 flights of stairs which has 45 steps, no elevator. No parties, boats or recreational vehicles allowed.

Beach Getaway
The property was as described. The condo has beautiful artwork, comfortable seating and good lighting. The deck was perfect for birdwatching and early morning coffee. The kitchen was filled with everything we needed to cook our seafood from Crosby's Seafood Market across the road. It was a quick drive to Folly Beach each day. The road is a bit loud sitting on the deck but that was only a problem as I was filming/recording birds. I would definitely recommend the condo to adults. The 45 step climb to the top would definitely be difficult for children or adults with low mobility.

It’s all about the noise!
Overall it was very nice. It was substantially clean, but the bedroom with the balcony has an hvac unit right outside of it and it came on loud & often. I was unable to sleep because of it. Unfortunately that problem alone will keep me from staying there again.

PERFECT LOCATION AWESOME PLACE
When I booked this location I went by the reviews that it has. They were spot on. The place was just as described and very very clean! The beds were amazing and I would stay here over and over again! The condo has amazing views and I felt like I was at home. Best sleep by far and best VRBO booking I've had to date! The only downfall is the stairs but the owner has that in the listing for you to expect it when you arrive. So no surprises there. I will and look forward to my next booking with this owner. Thanks for the wonderful weekend getaway with no worries or complaints at all! Highly recommend this condo!

Cozy, clean, and convenient
We had a great stay at Folly! The condo was squeaky clean and had everything we needed to feel at home away from home. We all slept well in the comfy beds, and the couch was the perfect place to cozy up with a book. It was an easy drive to downtown Charleston, while offering a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. Jennifer and Tim went above and beyond to be great hosts, and we’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Holiday Vacation
We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days the first week of December for a pre-holiday vacation. The property was beautifully decorated (just as pictured or better), the views were incredible, and the property managers made themselves available and were very responsive. I saw some comments ahead of time on road noise but the only time you notice it is if you are on the balcony and it's not distracting. Very quiet area but just a short drive from great restaurants, the beach, and the city. We will absolutely be back!

Beautiful beach condo!
This was the perfect condo for our trip to South Carolina! Great space and ALL the amenities that you need for a beach stay. Very convenient to all the sights in and around Charleston. You can’t get better than the Folly Beach vibe~ it truly makes you want to slow down and relax. The one negative (which I was aware of before booking) are the stairs up to the condo. It is in the top floor and for those that are challenged with mobility it could be an issue. I have a bad knee and hip, but I navigated ok, but took my time going up and down. Once you get into the condo it was completely worth it! We even had groceries delivered and the fantastic delivery gal brought them up all the flights of stairs 😁
