This property is dated and overpriced. The common areas were nice but the rooms have old stained carpet and my bathtub leaked. The staff members were professional and friendly. This Hilton would not be my first choice when I visit this area again.

Common areas were dirty, trash around the elevators was left on top of trash can and floors for a couple days, blood stains on window curtains and floor and wall. There was a lot of Spiders around the stairs and walk ways Customer service was great, staff was great, house keeping changed out our towels daily they were great.

First got there and was charged $125 service fee that is refundable if room was left correctly when most places it is $50. The hall ways and elevators were trashy and 2 glasses sat in your hallways for 3 days in the floor. There were no towels at the pool the 2 times we went. There is no free breakfast either. You have to pay for it. $23 for the tiny buffet or you can purchase la carte, not worth it. The little Starbucks they have there also wasn't that great either. Caution, there is no air conditioner in the hallways to your room or in the elevators. Be careful on these hot summer days. The view was amazing! Being able to walk across the board walk to dinning and shopping options was wonderful. On Sat. They had local vendors there selling their items too. There is also a paddle boat ride you can pay to use too and that was great. If you plan on staying here, may sure you bring breakfast items or walk across the board walk to the brunch place by the paddle boat ride it was really good.

Outlets in the restroom, beside the first bed and for the coffee machine didn’t work. We had to go downstairs for coffee. Housekeeping need to knock first and wait for a reply before they come in. It happened twice!

The hotel was great. The only issue we had was the size of our bathroom. It was so small the you had to straddle the toilet to shut the bathroom door. The toilet was so close to the vanity that you could not stand in front of the sink. Really poor bathroom design.

I love the staff greeting. The hotel has a lovely lake with paddle boat rental and a variety of outdoor dining options and small shops across the lake. The pool was closed for renovation which was disappointing but opened on the day we checked out. I would recommend this hotel.

Horrible timing apparently there were several functions happening which led to limited replacement of towels. Never received any fresh ones until the night before my departure. The whole time staff was stating they were sending someone, however, they never showed. Completely unprofessional, uncaring and rude. Some of the staff were really sweet and helpful by being transparent, others were rude. The phone in the room never worked so we had to walk down everytime we needed something which was a pain in the butt. Seems like they need to be more mindful and considerate of big functions and trying to accommodate. Looks like they were not equipped for the accommodations which made them suffer this weekend. Unfortunately this left a sour memory for me and I don't think I'll be recommending this place to anyone anytime soon. Better luck next time!!

The house keeper only left enough towels and washcloths for just one person, when clearly it was 2 of us. I don’t think no one uses the same washcloth the second day of their stay there.

There was only one agent at check-in. The wait was long. Thank god she was nice. A customer was complaining about the A. C. being broken, and the service being slow to respond. The rooms were better looking online. They were dated, with partial upgrades. The description of pillowtop mattress fell short. The buffet at breakfast was a little bit cold. Thanks for the experience. I prefer your Home II Suites brand.
