APARTMENT WITH LARGE TERRACE AND MOUNTAIN VIEW
This 80 m² apartment is located in a quiet residence close to the centre of Châtel. It features two bedrooms, a separate study, a bathroom with a bathtub, and an en-suite shower room attached to one of the bedrooms. The living area is bright and comfortable, with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a dining space. The living room opens onto a 49 m² south-west facing terrace – perfect for enjoying the mountain views. The independent study, equipped with a monitor, provides a practical workspace.
AN IDEAL LOCATION CLOSE TO THE HEART OF CHÂTEL
The apartment is approximately 1 km from the centre of Châtel and just 450 metres from the Petit-Châtel and Barbossine ski lifts. This area is particularly popular with experienced skiers, offering direct access to the Swiss ski resort of Torgon and the Super-Châtel ski area. A grocery store and ski rental shop are just 400 metres away, and a free shuttle bus stops right near the residence, making it easy to reach the lifts and village shops.
