we arrived late and only as a stop over. the place was dark and people lingering around in hallways and outside. in our room, the lights did not work in the bedroom nor bathroom. concirerge was unconcerend. took dog out for a walk, stepped in puke....not pleasent.

I really would like to give a higher rating, but the property is showing its age. First for the things that were good. The lobby was extremely inviting and extra clean. The clerk was knowledgeable and check-in was extra quick. We were moved to a room that opened to the pool area on the first floor. The room was very nice—clean with the best pillows and towels. The coffee service was a nice touch along with microwave. We slept until almost checkout time in the AM, so I cannot comment on the grab-and-go breakfast that looked nice. Now for what needs to be addressed. The area around the facility is showing signs of age and appears unkept. Flower beds and shrubs needs upgrading. It gives a poor first impression when you approach the property. The pool was terrible. The paint on the walls and floor had black spots all over it and made the pool look dirty. The area around the pool had overgrown grass and furniture was scattered all over the area. We had to get someone to open pool at 3:00 pm. The towels they brought out to the pool were nice. I am not sure the water had been treated even. I would stay again if the outside was more inviting.

Our stay was very pleasant, our room was clean but the only thing we found not very welcoming was the landscaping around the pool area is very poorly kept. The chairs were all over the place, garbage from other guest around the pool but we made the best of it and enjoyed it.😊

I had an amazing experience with this hotel. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean. Easy access to the pool and yard area. Pool was nicely kept. The lady at the front desk was nicely dressed and very professional. Will return again and suggest to anyone asking about hotels in the Chattanooga area.

Pretty. Nice rooms and pool area. Breakfast Staff didn’t show up. No coffee, coffee area not cleaned up. Possibly manager made coffee, and brown sacks with a fruit cup, fruit bar. Seemed more of breakfast bar could have been opened.

Booked two rooms with family. Received rooms in opposite buildings. Our room smelled like smoke even though it is supposed to be non smoking hotel. Asked for different room and after some talk we were given room next to our family. Don’t understand why we couldn’t get it in the first place since we booked 2 rooms and were told that they are full. Found out one of the beds in new room has blood or some brown stuff on sheets. Had to call yet again to fix that. Breakfast comes in the bag and they can cook fresh food for small fee, but the the cook wasn’t even in the building in the morning, so many people were turned away. The hotel has no elevator. Place is run down. Convenient to highway. Receptionists were both nice, but wouldn’t stay again because of other issues.

Staff was very nice and friendly! Room looked clean and smelled clean. The only con is no elevator but the stairs are easy to climb and right next to the door leading outside. IThe building is only 2 floors. We would stay again when in Chattanooga.

When we stayed here a year ago, absolutely loved it! This year both the pool and courtyard were closed down. Our room was so small, we could barely walk in it. The shower only had hot hot water. All the staff could say was , “sorry!”

Very nice stay! Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint: hot breakfast should be available without having to pay for it. The bag with a cold muffin, granola bar and small apple was not what I expected. :(
