Great experience! My first flight with Avianca

Jan 19, 2018

Transfer from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2 at São Paulo was confusing even though there was in flight explanation. I suggest better signage or people at final exit to direct first-time travelers to LATAM domestic flights. Mistakenly, I took shuttle bus instead of walking inside the terminal. It took 45 min for bus to make the loop to Terminal 2. At Terminal 2 the area for rechecking baggage for domestic flight was hard to find. A helpful LATAM agent at general check-in was available to tell me where to find the LATAM recheck. Entrance to domestic flights in Terminal 2 does not stand out enough compared to all the shopping mall of stores and restaurants. I walked all the way to the end of Terminal 2, then had to walk back to finally find the entrance to the gates. Very difficult for a non-Portuguese speaking, first-time traveler!!!
