Flight times of departure and arrival were right on schedule.
It's by far my favorite airline so far. Of all the ones I've ever traveled with. I was truly impressed by how polite and sweet the staff is. Plus a great menu selection, that you Air Canada. I will certainly be booking with you guys again.
I felt ‘nickled and dimed at time of registering my bag as it was, VERY (please focus on VERY) slightly over the weight allowed. I was to pay 100$ - dollars - not pesos! To bring it as it... my option was to remove some items or to reorganize my belongings on the spot, in front if the whole line up or to pay that 100$! Why make someone go through that much trouble when other travelers are much below the weight alowance. I mean, there was no exageration on my part, I left PVR with the same amount of luggage I arrived with and it was just fine. Humidity in my cloth made them heavier!
First time flying with Air Canada. You do a lot of things right. I look forward to flying on Air Canada again!
Poor instructions on connecting flight from Montreal to Toronto... too confusing and little time left between flights because of the getting bags rechecking security etc
Negative aspects : -Unhappy with extra fee for checked luggage. -My seat was broken it couldn't be inclined for sleeping.
The only thing I didn’t like is that there’s no entertainment on the flight for a 3 hrs and a half flight
The planes should have a screen because it is a very long fly
Flight delayed 45 minutes
Awesome experience overall great people
