Need to show more hospitality to military members . One of the staff refused to give me and my family a gate pass for a final farewell . I asked a different staff member and she gave me one with no hesitation .

Put gate number on nodding pass, was dropped off at terminal 38 and on flight schedule after security check in I read that I was to be at terminal 5 !!! Ugh!!

As expected with U.S.-based airlines these days, once I got to Chicago and boarded the American Airlines flight, ALL service spiraled downward. It was OBVIOUS that the flight attendant on the Chicago to Manhattan, KS flight did NOT want to be there. Indeed, we'd have had a more pleasant flight were he NOT there.

Now that I see the potential through the questions asked, I'm quite disappointed!
