We stayed in the same Cheltenham last Christmas and it was great compared this apartment. Heat was not working. The property has a lot of potential but is lacking investment. I would not want to stay at the apartment for more than 1 night. My biggest concern was the general cleanliness of the apartment … there was a bogey on the kitchen wall (gross), the cups/glasses were stuck to the cupboard, a long black hair in the shower, and a sand-like feeling in two of the beds. We had to take the sheets off the bed and shake them to get the debris off the sheets. And whilst the apartment owners cannot control the nighttime noise level, we had drunk people shouting and generally being rowdy between 12-2am! The surrounding area is not great. On the plus side, the property management company were diligent and called ahead with the dial pad codes and made the check-in process very easy and convenient. My only grumble was that the doors for the parking they offer in the building itself didn't open, so I had to park at John Lewis for £14 instead.
