“Excellent staff, very accommodating. Filtered water daily. Daily or every other day cleaning service (on request). Staff always on the door and in cafe / entrance area to ensure the hotel - tucked away on a quiet street but a stone’s throw from the shops & theatres around Covent Garden & Leicester Square - was safe and welcoming. Small room took a bit of time to get used to, and not really a desk with chair option if wanting to work, but ensuite was new, bed comfortable & big tv on the wall.……
