House with pool in the Luberon, Vaucluse

Cheval Blanc, village at the foot of the little Luberon near the most beautiful villages of France (Gordes, Saint Remy de Provence, Isle sur la Sorgue, Avignon and 1 hour from the sea: Marseille, Stes maries, Camargue).

RENT THE FIRST TWO FIRST WEEKS OF AUGUST (from 27/07/2019 to 10/08/2019) is 950 € per week for a family of 4 people.

You will be welcomed by Fifi the cat of the house (matou 9 years old, up to date of these vaccinations) who will accompany you throughout your stay in exchange for hugs!

Living / lounge air-conditioned (with flat screen and internet access) overlooking a semi-covered terrace of 25 m2 facing the pool.
The terrace will be ideal for your meals (wooden table and chairs, parasol, barbecue weber) overlooking a small fenced garden (with automatic watering), octagonal pool (4. 10 m * 1. 18) and deckchairs.

Open kitchen equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, all the necessary to cook ...).
A playroom for children from 3 to 12 years old and a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, sink).
Adult and children's bicycles available.

On the floor 1 parental suite: 1 bed 140 and room of annexed shower with basin, Italian shower and big dressing room of 3. 60 m for all the family,
2 bedrooms: one with 1 bed 90 mezzanine (small) the other 1 bed 90;
Bed linen adapted to the child.

A bathroom with sink, bath and toilet.
Cot, high chair, stroller cane at the request without supplement.
Bed and bath linen provided as well as pool towels at no extra charge.
The beds are made upon arrival.

No pets allowed.
The rental includes a private parking for the parking of a vehicle.
Obligatory cleaning at the end of the rental.

40% deposit upon booking - the balance 1 month before your arrival and a security deposit of 950 € will be paid on the day of handing over the keys.
It will be returned after checking the cleanliness and good condition.
