Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Chicago. The property was easy to get to and very comfortable and clean, and the host was fantastic. I will definitely be renting this place again if I am in the area.

Graduation Weekend

We had a great weekend! Rick’s place was a big part of what made the weekend so special the location comfort space and cleanliness made our whole experience great. It was easy to come and go, it was a busy weekend but staying here was stress free. we felt at home!Lovely block and neighborhood great restaurants. Very walkable and convenient. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location for brewery crawl

We needed a quick stay for our day up north. This location was around the corner from "Malt Row", so close to a few different breweries. Great little getaway for the night. Owner was very responsive and accommodating when we were having some trouble with the digital entry lock.

Nice Place, Great Location

The property was perfect for a short stay (we were just there for one night). Location is a short walk to Wrigley Field so perfect if you plan to catch a Cubs game. The photos in the listing are accurate but it gives the impression that you have the whole house that is shown but the accommodations are in the basement so it isn't very bright. The host was great.

One of the most beautiful rentals I've stayed in. Also, when there was a hiccup in the booking process, the owner communicated directly with me right away, coming to a solution that made everyone happy. A very lovely experience all around.
