Nice hotel however I felt it was understaffed. Offered food and beverage had to ask for help no one around for service. Also the front desk was also not staffed full time.

Not worth paying the rate. Parking fee, WIFI fee and a sub standard breakfast buffet for $14.99?

Great stay.

When we arrived our check in was very fast. The room was very clean including the shower. Overall pretty good experience. They even let us park our cars after check out. We took the shuttle to the airport and the train to downtown to avoid having trouble finding parking and getting around. We came back to the airport and they gladly brought us back to the hotel to pick up our cars.

No vents in bathroom, no free wifi, no breakfast buffet, bathroom was not clean..found hair in bath tub..parking should of been free..

Clean hotel, the hotel restaurant needs to step up

Although the neighborhood was an area you want to avoid (I had no choice), the hotel was clean and quite. Because I did not have much better choice to eat in the area, I ate at the hotel restaurant. The food was not great (sometimes too salty, sometimes food was too small). If you can, find other place to eat.
