Called from the airport, when reaching front desk, she stated where I had to meet the shuttle. I do wear hearing aids so I asked her to repeat, she angrily repeated the location and then promptly hung up.
When I called for a wake up call, it was the same, I always say thank you but your staff does not know how to say you are welcome. I travel a lot , this is the worst I have seen.
