everything was excellent except breakfast it was the same thing everyday. staff is friendly rooms are clean and it was right next to allstate arena where I went to see a concert and it was very easy to get back to the hotel after the concert. the pedestrian crossing and walking paths are not really available in that area so going to get a bus was really difficult.

We loved our stay, the hotel is beautiful! The only complain we have is that we’re disappointed with the breakfast. Maybe it was a one off because we have stayed there before and the breakfast was much better!
