Good central location hear Riverwalk and many attractions. Room was spacious and clean, comfortable and nice bathroom. However, there were No closet space to hang up jackets or dresses.

Property and room was clean with everything we needed, staff was friendly and got us checked in and out fairly swiftly despite their busy-ness that weekend. A little hectic up front when trying to do valet, again, it was very busy and they got us taken care of. There were cones to assist with parking up front for valet to grab your vehicle but they were all taken at first. The parking I think was about $65 just FYI, pretty standard anymore. Their restaurant inside was also pretty good, we had breakfast, a bit on the pricier side, though. Restaurant across the street, Emerald Loop was really good for dinner, loved that convenience! Lots of places in a walkable distance. Great location.

When we arrived the hotel had been impacted by the major Microsoft outage. But they were very efficient, because rooms had been shuffled, they were able to offer an upgrade for our room. The evening front desk staff and Antonio the valet/bellman was so helpful and kind. I recommend this hotel!

L7 Chicago is a unique hotel with history ! I loved to learned it was a hat factory many years ago! The art displayed featured women in different hats and was eye catching. The location is perfect, close to everything and easy to navigate in the area. Staff were engaging and friendly. It was perfect .

On our arrival we were greeted by Antonio, who was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful. He was so knowledgeable about where to send us. We were looking for great places to eat and all his recommendations did not disappoint. I believe it was that us in at the desk, apologies if that wasn’t his name he was so kind and so helpful, the room was amazing. The staff that we met later in the evening time in the next day at our check out were all very helpful and very friendly. We would definitely recommend this place.

When I arrived to check in, I was told the hotel was overbooked and was informed we had be rebooked to a less than desirable hotel. We asked for options and were told we would have to make reservations on our own.The L7 Chicago was pre paid and I had called the front desk to co firm late check in earlier that day. They thanked me for calling and said enjoy your evening .
