There was water damage on the floor of the living space the floor was flexing up, likely because the shower is wheelchair accessible and the bathroom flooded every time we showered and the water didn’t drain to the drain in the room. The shower curtain was moldy and the bathroom was not clean I found that out when I was mopping up the soaked floor with our towels.
