Honestly could not recommend. The hotel is conveniently located, has an amazing gym and the staff is very friendly but at the end of the day you go to a hotel for a good night sleep and that was simply impossible to do here. We had a room that was located right next to the elevator and it kept us up throughout the night (even while I was wearing ear plugs because there’s just zero soundproofing). I mentioned this via text to the hotel and no one even bothered to respond. The rooms also show signs of decay (little bits chipped out of the wall and such) and towels would often have lipstick stains and such on them from previous guests.

Checked in at 3:30pm and wasn’t given our room till 7:30pm. Being a VIP access hotel I requested the late check out and free room upgrade and staff acted as if they know nothing about those perks. Expedia should have properties trained in this.

Arrived at 3:30p for a 3p check in. Had to wait over 3 and a half hours for them to have our room ready. Then we only had one large towel and a couple small ones for our stay. Had to find our own. Parking was horrendous, confusing and expensive. They did give us drink vouchers for the delayed check in but the bar closed at 10p and reopened at noon the next day so was unable to utilize when we wanted. Breakfast was disappointing but adequate. The room was nice all in all and the balcony was good but had no furniture on it. I would not stay here again.
