We checked in during the Great Microsoft Meltdown, and in spite of the difficulty of computer access to information, the staff was fabulous! They were cheerful, friendly, reassuring, and had already figured out work-arounds for all the things they couldn't do in a normal way. Our trans-atlantic flight had also been affected, so we were pretty tired, but they really helped settle us and took great care of us.

The front desk staff is AMAZING! I had issues with my travel plans & every staff person was communicative with me AND each other which eliminated any lingering frustration I had. If in the area in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

Beds are comfortable. Staffing at front desk is limited. We were on the freeway side of the building and could hear a low drum of the traffic it was nice to have the queen deluxe room which allowed door to be closed between rooms.

I didn’t like the fact that I paid $700 for 3 nights only to turn around and have to pay an additional $90 fee for parking. They randomly charged my card $11.80 as well and nobody could properly explain why.
