“Lovely hotel and lovely room ”

“Lovely old building and the staff are wonderful. I found it very noisy, my room overlooked a car park and with no double glazing I was woken by people leaving and the bottle bank being emptied before 7am. ”

“Nice little place, food was good, shower in room was excellent. Very small TV, and the bed was a little too soft for my liking. For a one night stay it was good.”

“Excellent service. They went beyond the call of duty when I asked for ice for an event my daughter was helping organise at the cinema just 100 yards or so away. The answer was would a bin liner full be enough! Fantastic food and A class breakfast. Only downside is no black pudding!”

“What a charming place! Our room was above the pub which had good food and drink. Even better, the pub closes at 11 pm every night so it’s quiet for sleeping. The breakfast was very good and the management super friendly and helpful. This place has a long and interesting history which it preserves in its pleasant decor. ”

“Extremely pleasant stay the staff were friendly and efficient, The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The only minor issue was the lighting by the mirrors we found inadequate for getting ready for a wedding and it would have be nice to have a full length mirror. Breakfast wad great and will certainly stay again. Many thanks for making our stay most enjoyable.”

“Really delightful experience, with a particularly scrumptious breakfast! Down in Bognor Regis for one of my best friend's milestone birthdays and needed a quiet, peaceful, countryside bolt hole to overnight in. My room was clean, easily accessible and tucked away out of the hubbub of pub flow. I enjoyed the novelty of the four poster bed, the rainfall drench shower, and the tasteful decor. The staff were polite and appropriately attentive. Just lovely.”

“A beautiful, modern furnished studio flat. Open plan kitchen, and uncluttered quite spacious and very bright sunny lounge area. Separate bedroom with large comfortable bed with fresh white linen. Very nice bathroom with large double shower. French windows on to a very private patio area. Carole and Tim are perfect hosts. Always ready to help but never intrusive. Some lovely goodies on arrival - their own hens eggs, biscuits, bottle of wine and more. Made me feel very welcome. It was a very……
