“The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating, especially for a last minute stay! Breakfast was delicious and filling, outdoor patio was very clean and relaxing. The rooms were very roomy and clean. I loved they had a separate door that closed off from the living area and had a pullout bed for my son. Air conditioning worked perfectly! Only a couple things that was troubling for me one was the wifi. It was super hard to log in for work during the evening hours, but was expected since most……

“Great downtown location. Room was spotless also bathroom. Loved the liquid hand soap and lotion in a good size container. Provided makeup remover 🙂. The breakfast menu looked excellent but unfortunately we weren’t able to take advantage. Committed to joining relatives elsewhere. Had a delish lemon drop at the bar. Young bartender personable and fun to visit with. Will stay again. ”

“When we checked in, our bath tub looked like someone had just showered after working on a diesel engine. They said it was the "hard water" in Chico and sent someone to clean it. It looked better but not great. They did give us two complimentary breakfast coupons for the dirty bathroom which I found nice, especially since we didn't ask.”
