The check in process was not a friendly check in. Melissa was is the face of Hilton was super rude. I asked about early check in before I even checked in and she just reprimanded us for even asking saying they do not do an early check in. Attitude was not welcoming and then proceeded to slam the keys on the counter telling us to look up our room number ourselves since I couldn’t read the room number on the key card. Totally rude and funny because the front door and lobby is all about welcoming guests etc. had I not already prepaid this I would have walked out and stayed at a different hotel. Coffee was good. Room was not cleaned at all and we had to request fresh towels and make our own bed. Don’t waste your money here. There is likely more friendlier options without this sort of service. I hope they realize how rude this women was. Other workers were nice just this young lady totally scary and rude.
